Delivery Information

We ship van equipment across Canada. Products are new and supplied in original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated. Availability is subject to inventory confirmation.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Our order cutoff is 1:00 pm Eastern Time. Orders received after the cutoff are processed starting the next business day. Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.

Standard transit is estimated at 3–10 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 5–14 business days for processing and delivery. Remote or rural destinations may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Rates and Pickup

Standard shipping is CAD $49 per small item and CAD $99 per large item, based on the product shipping class. Charges are calculated at checkout and increase with the number of items. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Local pickup is available from our shop at 124 Connie Cres., Unit 6, Concord, ON L4K 1L7. Select local pickup at checkout and contact us to arrange collection.

Shipping Area

Online shipping is available within Canada. For international requests, contact us before ordering. International or expedited delivery is not included in our standard checkout shipping service.

Partial and Freight Shipments

Some oversized products may ship by freight. Orders may be divided into separate shipments based on availability, without additional fees solely because we split the shipment.

Delivery Problems and Returns

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Inspect your shipment on arrival, note visible damage on the delivery receipt, retain the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged.

Contact us for a Return Authorization before sending anything back. See our Shipping & Return Policies for the 30-day return conditions, exclusions, shipping charges and restocking fees, and our Refund Policy for refund details.
