Canadian Van Outfitters is committed to delivering high quality, professional van equipment across Canada. Please review the following Shipping & Returns Policy before placing your order.

Shipping Information

Product Availability

All products sold by Canadian Van Outfitters are new and shipped in original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated.

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is subject to change without notice.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Most in stock items ship within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

We reserve the right to delay shipment for payment verification or inventory confirmation.

Standard Shipping – Canada

We ship Canada wide using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–10 business days depending on location and product size

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Large shelving systems and bulk orders may ship via freight carrier.

Customers must:

  • Inspect shipments at the time of delivery

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Retain all packaging materials

Failure to report damage at delivery may affect eligibility for freight claims.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.

For international shipping requests, please contact us prior to placing an order.

All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Partial Shipments

To expedite delivery, we reserve the right to divide orders into separate shipments based on product availability.

Customers will not incur additional shipping fees due to split shipments.

Returns Policy

30 Day Return Window

Most standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled/unassembled

  • The item is in original manufacturer packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number has been issued

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special order products

  • Installed items

  • Modified, drilled, cut, altered, or assembled products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Freight only special orders

Return Authorization (RA)

All returns require prior approval.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or confirmed defective.

Original outbound shipping charges are non refundable.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original product price.

Special order or freight items may be subject to higher restocking fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges

  • Restocking fees may apply if shipment is refused or returned

Refused Shipments

Orders refused for reasons other than shipping damage may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return freight charges

  • Up to 25% restocking fee

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect immediately upon delivery

  • Note all visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.

We will assist in coordinating replacement or resolution where applicable.

Installation Notice

Professional installation is recommended for all shelving systems and commercial van equipment.

Canadian Van Outfitters is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect structural integrity may occur during shipping and do not constitute a defect.
